How to Use Your NDIS Plan for Nursing Care
A simple guide to funding your High Intensity and Clinical Support with
Trinity Nursing Care.
Paying for Daily Visits & Complex Care
Using your Core Supports Budget
Most of our participants utilize funding from their Core Budget under Assistance with Daily Life. Because Trinity Care Nursing is RN-Led, we are registered to provide High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (Registration Group 0104).

This funding is specifically designed for participants who require:
-
Complex Bowel Care & Catheter Management.
-
Enteral (PEG) Feeding and management.
-
Tracheostomy Care and Ventilation support.
-
Severe Wound Management requiring clinical oversight.

We claim at the standard TTP rate for High Intensity supports, ensuring you receive a highly trained worker or a Registered Nurse rather than a generic support worker.

Community Nursing Care
Using your Capacity Building Budget
For clinical assessments, care plan development, and training, we utilize your Capacity Building budget under Community Nursing Care (Registration Group 0114).

Why is this different?
This funding allows a Registered Nurse (RN) to come to your home in Western Sydney or the Hills District to:
-
Create or review your Diabetes or Epilepsy Management Plans.
-
Train your family or support workers on specific medical needs.
-
Perform direct clinical procedures (e.g., changing a Supra-Pubic Catheter).

Transparency & TTP
Trinity Care Nursing charges in strict accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. We are eligible for the Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP), which means our prices adhere to the limit set by the NDIA to ensure quality and compliance. We do not charge "gap fees" or hidden administrative costs.
