Frequently Asked Questions

How can Trinity Care Nursing benefit me? Our goal is to give you peace of mind. Because we are a Nurse-Led NDIS provider, you get a higher standard of safety and expertise than a standard agency offers. We handle the complex clinical details—like medication, wound care, and health monitoring—so you can focus on living your life. We combine professional nursing reliability with a genuine, personal approach that puts your independence first.

Can I switch from my current provider to you? Yes, and we make the process simple. If you feel your current provider isn't meeting your needs, you have the right to change. We can assist with a smooth transition by reviewing your current care plan, setting up a new Service Agreement, and ensuring there is no gap in your support during the handover.

Do you offer Home Care services? Yes. We bring professional nursing and support directly to your door. We believe you should receive hospital-grade care in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Our team travels to you, providing consistent, reliable support designed to help you live independently

What is included in your Home Care Nursing services? Our Community Nursing team supports NDIS participants with a wide range of clinical needs. This includes complex wound management, catheter care (SPC/IDC), complex bowel care, medication administration, and diabetes management. We work collaboratively with your GP and allied health team to ensure your health is proactively managed at home.

Can I get 24/7 nursing and support? Absolutely. We provide round-the-clock care for participants who require continuous support. Whether you need active night shifts, sleepover support, or 24-hour nursing supervision, our team can be rostered to ensure you are safe and supported at all hours of the day and night.

Will my care team be local? Yes. We strictly employ nurses and support workers who live locally to the areas we serve: Western Sydney, The Hills District, Newcastle, and the Central Coast. This means your team knows your community, arrives on time, and can easily connect you with local health resources.

How quickly can I get started? We know that care needs are often urgent. Once you contact us, we aim to arrange an initial consultation or RN assessment within 24–48 hours. For urgent hospital discharges or critical care needs, we prioritise your intake to ensure safe supports are in place as quickly as possible.

What if I don’t have funding yet? If you are currently applying for NDIS access or waiting for a plan review, we can help by providing a quote for services. You can submit this quote to the NDIS or your Local Area Coordinator (LAC) to evidence the cost of the nursing or high-intensity support you require. We can also connect you with trusted Support Coordinators who can assist with the planning process.

Do you support High Intensity NDIS participants? Yes, this is our speciality. We are experienced in supporting participants with High Intensity Daily Personal Activities. Our Registered Nurses develop strict management plans for complex needs (such as enteral feeding, ventilator support, and severe epilepsy) and train our support workers to deliver this care safely.
